This recipe for grass-fed mini-burgers is perfect for meal-prep. Each burger has 11 grams of protein.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • ½ Onion finely diced
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Recommended Equipment

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Use a #20 cookie scoop to portion out burgers.
  • Grill, Bake, or Pan Fry.
  • Grill: On high heat, 3-4 minutes per side. 
  • Pan Fry: On medium-high heat, 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Bake: At 425℉, for approximately 20 minutes. 
  • Rest for about 10 minutes before serving. 
  • Pack extras in the fridge. Munch on protein-packed mini burgers all week. 

Notes

This basic burger recipe can be made with any ground meat. If you happen to have ground turkey around, give it a try.
